The serum is a thin, often slightly yellow fluid that's mostly water, with a light pink tinge (the sanguine, or blood, element in the fluid). It typically lasts a few days as a wound heals. Cyberpunk 2077, enemies bleed yellow? As title says, after I kill (see: dismember) an enemy, the blood that comes out of the missing limb/head location is yellow.
